Cloud Care Services delivers community-based domestic assistance that supports older people and NDIS participants to live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes and communities.

Our domestic assistance services are guided by the shared principles of person-centred care, choice and control, independence, safety, and outcomes-focused support, in alignment with the Support at Home program, Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), and the NDIS Practice Framework.

Our staff are appropriately trained, screened, and supervised to deliver domestic assistance in line with aged care and NDIS requirements, including safe use of equipment and cleaning products.
