Cloud Care Services, through its Mealit food app, provides meal preparation and food delivery services that support older people and NDIS participants to maintain good nutrition, independence, and wellbeing while living at home and in the community.
Our services are guided by the shared principles of person-centred care, choice and control, independence, safety, and outcomes-focused support, in alignment with the Support at Home program, Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), and the NDIS Practice Framework.
